About

Fifteen years of shipping. Four years of listening. Now, a new stack.

I've spent 15+ years building for the web. Eleven of those running Blog Movers, my own shop, where I migrated client sites to WordPress, built the CMS and CTA-tracking tools behind them, and ran the whole operation solo: design, development, hosting, reporting.

After that I moved into web development at Third River Marketing, building custom sites and the lead-generation systems behind them: SEO, CRM, appointment booking, the works. Somewhere in there I earned a few AWS Associate certifications.

In 2022 I stepped away from web work to counsel men at Union Gospel Mission of Salem, running structured one-on-one coaching and case documentation for people rebuilding their lives after addiction.

Now I'm back, and I'm teaching myself AI engineering from the ground up: Python, LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, and everything in between.

What carries over

From Blog Movers

End-to-end ownership

Eleven years as a one-person shop. Design, development, hosting and client reporting all had my name on them.

From Third River

Systems, not just pages

Sites that captured leads and booked appointments: CRM, payments, text-to-call, forms and local SEO wired together.

From Union Gospel Mission

Documentation discipline

Case notes a whole counseling team relied on, with zero handoff errors. Tracking progress against a plan, every week.

From Union Gospel Mission

Steady over the long run

Staying with people for months, not days. De-escalating hard conversations and keeping things moving.
